We contact the founder
Directly, and we tell them who nominated them. A nomination is an introduction, not a secret file: nobody is entered into anything without knowing.
They complete the pre-screen
A nomination does not skip the process and does not guarantee a place. It gets the company looked at by a human who is expecting it.
You hear the outcome
We tell you whether the company entered. We do not share anything the founder tells us in their application with you.
